INEI-RE LEADERSHIP TEAM

 The HeartGate Leadership Team serves as the INEI-RE non-profit board of directors and more.  We are being delivered, through these teachings, as a Congress of Good, committed to living these principles of wholeness to the best of our ability in all we do.  While we do our best to serve as an Activation force for sharing these teachings around the world, much of who we are becoming together is beyond our immediate understanding.  We are a Vessel to inspire the Word to be manifest more completely, as we say YES to bringing our fullness of leadership and support. This is a Teaming beyond the norm, and we are privileged to be here.  We invite you to bring your own YES and join us ... there are many ways to participate, even if you have limited time. All are welcome! 

Kathy (Bandhu) Morter

Bandhu (Sanskrit for “friend” or “kin”) has unerringly been led to study with Elle since the first moment she heard her speak. What began as an inner prompting continues to unfold as a part in the greatest show on earth: learning to show up as Love, always.

Her enthusiasm for experiencing others’ true nature, and her gift for bringing harmony, fueled her 25-year career as a service-leader with the US Forest Service. She continues to bring her passion for inspiring respectful dialogue and practical altruism to many community ventures. She is an outspoken and engaged advocate for synergistic democracy.

Sor'a Garrett

Sor’a has been one of Elle’s students since 1995, after her creative visionary and highly purposeful nature guided her to step more firmly onto the path of Unity… even though she had no idea that was what she was doing at the time! After several years of allowing these teachings to stabilize and enrich her personal life, Sor’a became part of the INEI-RE leadership team. She has served as president and executive director, and is currently focusing her service toward creating inspirational products & books from these teachings.

Sor’a is a serial creator, accessing her visionary & integrative skills to inspire and ignite individual and collective potential. Her website: The Service Connection, a shared leadership and social giving program for women, offers an experience of unity-based leadership while creating solutions to real world issues.

Of her work within this community, Sor'a reflects, “Here, I’ve found what I didn’t even know I was looking for…acceptance of my true nature, an abiding Love that is beyond anything I’ve ever known, deep understanding of how important it is for each of us to show up in our fullness. Tsilla Brafman

"My own quest for spiritual awareness emanates from the biblical instruction I received as a child growing up in Israel. With no television around, the bible stories became our way of learning about the world. The characters, their conflicts, the way they related to others, their faith, their doubts—these all mirrored what I believed each one of us was feeling in different ways.

"Torah teachings inspired me to delve into modern law and I become an attorney. Upon arriving to the United States, over 20 years ago, I gladly accepted a teaching position at the local day school. Within a month, I realized that teaching was my calling in life and immediately started my MA in Education program, which I completed 18 months later. Judaism allowed me the opportunity to engage in spiritual work with my students. When a child’s soul is being recognized, when it is being nurtured, then the opportunity for personal growth is maximized."

"I’m here because Elle and Michael are among the few souls I absolutely trust as pure spiritual keepers of the Word and all that implies. For two decades I’ve seen Elle’s divine authority and absolute integrity awaken and guide innumerable souls with her transforming Love, each according to our ability and willingness to receive. Elle brings us to recognize that we are God consciousness, to know our own Selves and act as divine beings.

"A long career in wordsmithing now has me teaching journalism part-time (editing and publications design) at the University of Montana in Missoula. I’ve written several books, my favorite being 'The Cosmic Laws of Golf (and everything else)', a testament to the fact that we have discovered aliens on this planet and they are us. I also help others by editing and designing their works for publication.

"Communications is my passion. I am increasingly aware that its root is “communion,” finding unity in compassion (as opposed to throwing data darts at each other).  I feel a relentless compulsion to distill—info, ideas, plans, etc.—down to the nubbins. Get to the nut of things as quickly as possible and launch from there. I’m also on a global mission to eliminate words like consumer, problem and a legion of other clichés from common usage.  It’ll never happen, but the joy is in the campaign not the result. Just as Elle’s campaign to help all souls find freedom-in-love and worthy uses for it, the joy is in the journey. I wish everyone a bountiful Bon Voyage to all our now’s."

Peggy Magilen

"The greatest gift I am learning to offer is an emptying of myself, free to be aligned with Love and the Divine in others...to bring forth what is to be.  My particular background of being a teacher, and organizer of fairly large events, seems to lend itself well to coordinating the exacting moment, focus or details which open opportunities for the Divine to create here in our endeavors.

Pauli Halstead

"I met Elle in Santa Fe in the spring of 2006. I knew that I had encountered Love. Since then I have totally immersed myself in the Word as it comes through Elle.

"My professional career has been one of a restaurant owner, Pauli's Cafe, in San Francisco, from 1975 to 1980 and then as the owner of The Best of Everything Catering Company in the Napa Valley from 1980 -2004. My entire life has been about creating wonderful food and that love has not changed. We are very health conscious and part of the teaching is to help people choose foods that their bodies are asking for and not necessarily just their taste buds. Elle teaches us to be conscious in all things. During my time at HeartGate I wrote a cookbook, 'Cuisine for Whole Health', soon to be republished as Primal Cuisine, Recipes for a Sustainable Life. The book is low glycemic and gluten-free."

Michael Friend

"All my life -- even at an early age -- I felt there was more to who we are. Elle is the first teacher I have ever known who could take me to a fuller understanding and a clearer, more centered realization of Source. "

 Michael has been a writer, filmmaker, journalist and teacher. He has a BS in Journalism and an MS in Education. In addition to serving on the leadership team as secretary/treasurer, he is also assistant director of INEI-RE.
