From the Heart is a place to continue that inspiration, to maintain another connection to Elle and our community of awakened and awakening students. You are welcome to share writing, realizations, quotes from the immersion, photographs and inspirations that came to you during or after the immersion. From the Heart can also be a place for students, who were not at an immersion, to share and benefit from what we learned.
