Rental Options and Criteria for visiting groups
 
 

DAY USE — 
(Groups are encouraged to do their own set up and breakdown. We will gladly help.

 Sanctuary:
  (seats 90, has a stage, wheelchair access, 50x27' room, 10' ceiling, wood floor, area rugs)
  • $35/hour ($85 minimum)
  • Daylong: $245 (up to 8 hours)
 Movement Room:
 (upstairs - no elevator, 13' ceiling, beautiful light, 27 x 29' room, wood floor)
  • $ same as Sanctuary
 Full Center use:
 (kitchen/community, movement & sanctuary rooms) 
  • $80/hour (4 hour minimum)
  • $560 per day (up to 8 hours)
  • Additional hours: $50/hour

OVERNIGHT USE — (available beds: 15 indoors; 2 tent sites)

 Weekend:
 Examples: 3p Friday-1p Sunday; or, 2 full days
  • $870 Center rental (includes private room for group facilitator)
  • bed: $25 per person per night for 9 students or more
  • bed: $30 per person per night for 7 - 8 students
  • tent: $20/tent (2 available sites)
 Weeklong Groups: 
  • $3000 for 7 days (discount for longer stays)
  • beds and tents: $20/day per person
  Please note:
 Bringing linens & towels is preferred.
 There is a $30 per person one-time charge for linens & towels, if we provide.

 Catered vegetarian meals may be available with advance notice.
 We can suggest experienced caterers. Otherwise, you provide the food
 and prepare it in our community room kitchen (please no cooking of meat.
 Lacto-ovo meals & non-cooked meats such as canned tuna or lunchmeats are okay)
Important Information:
*** An insurance liability rider is needed *** 
  • 15 maximum beds (tenting is an option. Only 2 spots are available)
  • no personal washing machine use (laundromat is 5 miles)
  • a building caretaker will be on-site during retreats
  • A $400 damage/cleaning deposit will be returned when Center is left in good and clean condition.

Deposit and Refund Policy
 A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is requested upon signing of contract.
This deposit is refundable if the dates you have reserved can be rebooked.
 
Discounts
 Hourly use at a reduced rate will be considered for non-profit and special needs groups.

Country Club Road
go 3 miles to where
it stops at a "T" intersection
R (still on Country Club)
2 miles to where
it stops again.
Drive straight up a drive
into Oak Grove Park.

We are the big white building
on the right of the parking lot.
